Policy

This record is append-only. Entries are never edited and never removed — a correction that can be quietly revised is not a correction. Superseding changes are added as new entries that reference the earlier one.

Retractions and corrections are issued by a named reviewer, not automatically. Subscribers who received the original notification are notified directly.
