Full structured access to the BearSignal /api/v1 signal stream — detected hard contradictions, glass-box evidence, incremental cursors. One access level; choose your billing cycle.
Secure checkout is handled by Stripe — BearSignal never sees or stores your card details. After payment, a one-time link to retrieve your API key is sent to your work email.
Programmatic access to BearSignal's live forensic findings across every U.S.-listed equity (NYSE / NASDAQ, including ADRs) and every Hong Kong-listed equity.
Every signal is delivered with its tier explicitly labeled. Neither a grey flag nor a red flag is a final report, a verdict, or a statement that fraud or wrongdoing has occurred — both are assessments pending further confirmation.
Not raw data. Cross-filing evidence synthesized into structured, fully-sourced chains you can act on and audit.
Regulatory filings, corporate-registry penetration, ownership and relationship mapping, and insider-transaction signals — integrated into a single judgment, delivered via API.
Signals update as their status evolves. A subscription is a feed of evolving assessments, not a static report archive.
A signal you have already received never disappears from the feed. When an assessment is downgraded, superseded, or withdrawn, you receive a new event carrying the new status — active, downgraded, superseded or retracted, with the timestamp of the change. We do not silently remove entries, and we do not edit history you have already been served.
All subscribers receive identical signal content simultaneously. Subscription level does not determine how early you see a name, and there is no staggered or delayed release between subscribers.
Your entitlement is enforced server-side, and nothing within it is withheld: we do not store any per-subscriber setting that would cause you to miss an item you are entitled to. Query filters, when offered, are stateless request parameters — they never alter your entitlement, and the full set is always retrievable.

BearSignal does not rank statistical anomalies. It applies an absolute-contradiction test: do a company's own disclosures logically contradict one another?
Neither a grey flag nor a red flag is a verdict or a final report. Both are assessments that evolve as evidence accumulates.
Coverage: all U.S.-listed equities (NYSE / NASDAQ, including ADRs) and all Hong Kong-listed equities.
BearSignal publishes forensic research and opinion. It is not investment advice, and nothing provided is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
BearSignal signals are graded as "grey flags" and "red flags." A grey flag means BearSignal's engine has detected internally inconsistent or self-contradicting disclosures within a company's own public filings. A red flag means that contradiction has been further corroborated across multiple sources. In all cases, a signal is an assessment pending further confirmation — it is not a final report, a conclusion, an allegation, or a statement that any company or individual has engaged in fraud or wrongdoing.
BearSignal, its affiliates, principals, and clients may hold short positions in, or otherwise profit from declines in, the securities covered.
